Don't know if others use Google Earth, but I can see almost exactly the same pciture as @Lilbaz posted and @jambreck have been discussing and agree a walkway can be seen.

Unfortunately .I'm not good enough with google Earth to take a screenshot and post it - if anyone else is let me know.

But its a great way to keep reasonably up to date without the need for the drone !

In case this helps, courtesy Google Maps, clearly not quite up-to-date:

This new TV money should really help us finance the new stadium, but has there been any news or rumours about how it is being funded?

A conversation I had with one of the Josif family yesterday. Seemed a nice guy but I got the feeling he didn't hold out too much hope.

I'm a Spurs fan too but an even bigger Archway fan obviously. Don't like Levy but love Spurs. How hard is that!! He needs to learn that he doesn't run the government. Everything must be done legally and properly. He doesn't have the money to build Spurs a stadium yet and is using us as the delay till he finds a buyer who does! Clever business man. I'm with you on your thoughts and feelings but I'm looking after us first as you would too in our position.
Levy is playing every trick in the book, the stadium will come when they have big money to fund it so no hard feelings we are protecting ourselves that's all.
Be nice to find the brats who set fire to us aswell.
Regards George

Oh that! Yes next Tuesday/Wednesday. We may need new premises if it doesn't go our way. Who knows. Big battle ahead but I'm hopeful it will be resolved amicably

That's an interesting read. Thanks(y)

Even makes sense reading from the bottom up:LOL::LOL:
I can't follow the time line on the chat though, (all dated 02/10/15) 07.07 12.06am 15.32 then back to 8.46AM

I'm somewhat of a technophobe and so couldn't have spun it around even if I had wanted too!:shy:

I've no idea on how the timelines work. Took place during the day yesterday via Linked in

This is plausible, but Levy is more likely to get a buyer/partner without this difficulty hanging over it all.
Levy surely wants this matter sorted ASP.

If later Levy needs to delay the project for whatever secret reason, then there will be a 1000 small contract/planning details that Levy could haggle over indefinitely in the future.
Really, that is not going to be a problem for him!

Ha, success, can now post screen shots. No need for drones ! This screenshot focuses solely on the construction site of course.

I understand they are 'close' in more ways than one to the situation but he's kinda talking out of his backside imo. How do they know Spurs haven't got the finances wrapped up? If it were me and wanting to do a major PR job for my partners then I'd announce it all at once.

"We've got the go ahead with the stadium, it will be finished for may 2016 and it will be called the 'hoopspur' stadium" etc.

Thanks for the post anyway - it was interesting.

So you're telling me that the Wingate Trading center might not be open any more? Damn, I wanted to trade some wingates.
You still can, just under the shady midnight cover of a JCB.

They should stick the pitch down first and keep kicking balls at the ASM building. When I was a lad, old people used to move quite quickly when lads used the side of their house for a game of Wall'ey

With the court case about a week away it's quite conceivable that by this time next week we will know more about the stadium itself than we've been told in the last two years. Pretty exciting.

You just know the judge will have a heart attack or something.

Or there'll be a judgement where the CPO will be enforced, but ASM will have 4 years to move out

IF/When we get the ok. We must have new plans? The current mock ups are already 7 years out of date. Also 56k will be too small now I think. We atleast need the same capacity as Arsenal if the club is to grow and we must must have a much bigger stadium than West Ham!!

We will see I guess.
