Since we're going to have an increased attendance next season, wonder how much extra money we'll make from home games.

Isco and Tielemans money :)
It's unlikely we'll make much more next season. Wembley will get a fair cut of tickets, prices will be lower anyway to make sure we sell out, and I doubt we'll see my much of food and drink either.

I'd doubt Spurs will lose money. There will be many different matrices prepared I'm sure based upon the results from Brent. Some of which will benefit the fans more than others. i.e. The smaller the attendance, the higher the price. I'm obviously hoping for the granting of the full 90k!!

Be interesting to note the split on corporate hospitality between FA and Spurs for future Wembley matches. Bars /restaurants in Club England area seemed heavily used vs Gent, but who has takings.
Its not just about number of tickets sold but all the add ons too - even down to how much the burger vans have to pay for their pitch.

Just saw those pics on COYS too. They're great, I wonder where they are from. It's the first time they've been posted anywhere I think.

Interesting that they are starting to take down parts of the east and west stand first before the north stand. I thought they might just plot the whole stadium down from one end to the other. I guess they are bigger stands though so might take longer to bring down.

These comments were also posted on coys:

I was told the build is ahead of schedule.
Phase 3 (hotel / resi blocks) are not expected to be finished before 2020.
PPE was all ready for 'hard hat' tours of the stadium to the public, I think these will be offered to us in the coming weeks.
C.65% of premium seats have gone.
The NFL entrance is retractable and will be covered in seats for football.
ST migration for the new stadium is expected to start in the summer.
The sales suite really got the excitement going for the new stadium!

I'd assume those highlighted sections are where the cranes need to be positioned and therefore are priority no.1

My phone did a nice panoramic merge of those last 3 pics:

Unfortunately, they don't really give a feel of the size of the works though.

Yes, I see now, but no 4th Tier!! Check image # 9

Each stand is different. I never mentioned a 4th tier just that another tier had to go on top (which were the steel rakers). But if you count the mini corporate tiers some stands will have 4 tiers.

the 1st giant steel raker for the 3rd tier north stand is on the crane right now

Absolutely correct. The initial discussion started with the above comment so not sure where this 4th tier talk has come from.

well, you could argue that the east and west stands will have 4 tiers due to the seats in front of the boxes... so 3 on the north 4 kind of on the east and west, and 1 on the south...

still, i think it's very nice that they all have their own sense of identity and it's not going to be just a souless bowl like ... *cough* that lot up the road

Mate of mine came back from the VR experience with some pretty depressing news about ticket pricing. He was told every season ticket in the lower tier on the sides is going to be in the £3/4K region. So basically every season ticket that's not behind the goal or in the upper tier will be £3K plus.

That must be for corporate. The VR experience is trying to sell premium seats, there is no info regarding general admission yet.

Arsenals most expensive season ticket is £2k no way are we looking to double that straight away. A £4k ticket works out £190 a game (based on 19 PL games + 2 extra), I find it hard to believe we are going to charge the average fan well over double what our current maximum face-value ticket is

Yes and no

Arsenal do have some more expensive tickets than the £2k for hospitality seats

The lower tier tickets the person is speaking of is likely to be part of the tunnel club or other hospitality

They also cant sell the standard tickets as of yet due to the waiting list

Point taken. I do not know why I had 4 tier in my head as I checked back and you did say another tier.

Premium seating on the side goes down to £2,500 a year so it's pretty obvious season tickets on the sides won't be more than this. It wouldn't make sense.
