Was it today NFL people were supposed to be around? This is probably why.

Does anyone know, when we have say a music event or similar at the stadium, does the NFL pitch get covered with boards or a matting or similar ?

Not really liking how the roof is coming together, I'm not quite sure how to put it in words... Look's a bit thin and unimpressive if that's basically how it will look with glass/cassette(?) (I know a very thin membrane then goes over the top, not aware of anything else substantial though). I was hoping for something more akin to the new Atletico stadium which I think looks really good.
Best to keep looking at the football being played on the pitch instead of looking up at the roof . Problem solved !

NFL were there to ensure that sufficient progress had been made to satisfy their concerns that the game scheduled for October would definitely go ahead as planned.

So we’re signing Cillian O’Dare from Cork City. Will we announce all signings on the side of the stadium?

£400 a day. I’m in the wrong game!

Contractors for the government-backed Crossrail scheme are struggling to find mechanical and electrical workers for a final push to complete the project because so many have moved to Tottenham’s new stadium site.
According to Construction Inquirer, M&E workers on Spurs’ Northumberland Park Project are being paid £400 per day — more than double the London average — which has left other sites across London, including Crossrail, facing a shortage of workers
