That "crane" piece on the pitch area is, imho, part of the lighting system for the pitch when it's out. It will be parked in front of, and underneath, the North stand

as per this.
.

not exactly the same but same idea.

Does the stadium have a place to showcase our first trophy of the new stadium era - when we officially win the International Champions Cup on Saturday?

Just noticed on Mr Av's new video that it looks like we are contintenal style dugouts ? ( a line of seats rather than several rows that go back). There only seems to be one area of the typical dugout towards the south stand that i guess is for backroom staff of both the home and away sides?

The 'turf' delivery on Monday looks like it was just the panels put down infront of the North Stand to protect the pitch area while they continued to work on it. Wouldn't surprise me to hear the turf is still at Hotspur Way.

I believe they were blocks to hold the lighting rig components in place as they assembled the long frames.

The ones I’m talking about are the square panels going the width of the pitch. They were on a lorry on the pitch at the time the talk of turf arriving was mentioned.

 After the demoralising transfer news, I was relying on this to lift my spirits.

Looks like I'll finally get to put my toaster and Matey Max to good use tonight

Edmonton said that this stadium causes Levy to literally have sleepless nights. If he is a total control freak about the stadium then there would be no way that he could control all transfers also. It is just not possible.

I think it’s 100% guaranteed that he took on too much this summer. I’m still sure that the collapse of the HSBC deal is the pivotal moment of the window too. Probably meant everything financial had to be reassessed.

Can I ask if anyone knows why we have a Bobby Moore club at the new stadium? Just curious why we would use a hammers legend for a club at spurs?

Where have you seen that? It's the name of one of the posh areas at Wembley, but not seen it in relation to NWHL at all.

Aah my bad. A fellow spurs mate just sent me a text asking if I knew why we had a Bobby Moore club at the new lane - I called bollocks, and he just text back saying it was a mistake - it is at Wembley...
