Levy told the supporters trust that the roof going on late January/early February would be a good indicator that they were running on time.

It was clearly in progress long before the end of March meaning a couple of weeks behind if anything.
It depends what Levy meant by 'the roof going on'.
At one extreme, well, it is still being worked on now!
At the other, perhaps he meant the completion of the compression ring - the key component of the roof.
Maybe he meant the day the first roofer turned up on the clock.
We could look at 50 odd pictures of the roof installation and have a vote on which one could be thought of as the 'ah yes, clearly this is the roof going on moment', for the average person.
For me the cables starting to be inched up, when most of it is pretty much ground level is not that moment, although important.
Surely some structure has to be at roof height, for that roof going on check point?
