New training ground...?

With all this talk of Champions League football, new stadiums and the World Cup, there's been little news on our proposed new training ground?

Does anyone know if this has been granted planning permission yet... and if so, when the frigsicles is it actually due for completion? (for all I know it coulda been finished years ago and I'm just going crazy) I've searched to no avail!

Sorry, not the most exciting of topics... but was just wondering?

Work has started on it, nothing much has been done yet though
