Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

That pretty sums us up when it comes to our CL obsession and one front policy, this is the culture it creates.

It was quite clear in February how the season would play out, the Redknapp era showed us how that approach plays out.

Am I right in thinking Swansea (A) was the last time we scored directly from a FK?

We will score one and then turn it on the last ten minutes but lose and then we will forget how shit we were for first 80 minutes.

After that 2nd goal, I had to turn off the TV. The Missus has already given me a hard time about my recent bad moods after Spurs lost the last few matches. Thought best to just not watch than to cause aggro for the rest of the day!

I'm going to sign off for now, but I'll just state the bleeding obvious. All we needed to do, was not lose. We didn't need to chase the match, we just needed to defend, keep possession and hit them on the counter. That's it. I don't understand why that is not possible to do against an already relegated Newcastle FC.
