What exactly has Dier been offering more than Mason?

I mean everyone's been pretty fucking abject, their goals both came from our attacking player fucking away the ball (Eriksen and Kane) which they have all game, Son rarely ever seems to have the ball under any kind control.

But I really don't get why Mason is being singled out for dogs abuse when Dier's done constructively fuck all either. There were times like 27min when someone was looking for an out ball and Dier just stood there instead of moving two yards to make an option.
I get what your saying but Dier is the sitting player, more often than not dropping inbetween the back 2, not quite sure mason knew where he should be playing, think we have looked better with carroll (didnt think we would) but guess he is abit more mobile.

Mason and Son go off and our performance improves tenfold, tells me everything I need to know, especially in regards to Mason, not good enough.

Yes! Poxy goal but I'll take it. Carroll for Mason has made a big difference.

I see the usual wrist slitting exercise happening on here.

Quite frankly the moment we could not win the league any more, with Champions League group qualification done and dusted the season was over.

Nevertheless I still believe in this team and third was the best in my wildest dreams we could achieve. But there is still time for us to get second place anyway and I would not bet against us

Did he mean that or was it a scuffed cross as he slips? Can't tell with this stream.
