After that 2nd goal, I had to turn off the TV. The Missus has already given me a hard time about my recent bad moods after Spurs lost the last few matches. Thought best to just not watch than to cause aggro for the rest of the day!

I'm going to sign off for now, but I'll just state the bleeding obvious. All we needed to do, was not lose. We didn't need to chase the match, we just needed to defend, keep possession and hit them on the counter. That's it. I don't understand why that is not possible to do against an already relegated Newcastle FC.

And, maybe they haven't bottled it, maybe its inexperience and tiredness.

It's not tiredness or inexperience, it's fringe players not pulling their weight when they come into the squad based on the performance after our sub's.

No I didn't think we would finish 2nd or 3rd but that doesn't excuse us throwing away 2nd, I am happy with CL but it isn't everything to me like it is other people, what matters to me more than anything is consistency and eventually trophies.
