Hope this finally kills the positive spin from desperate fans about the 'winning mentality' and 'showing some fight' we got from the Chelsea game. That wasn't a team in control that knew what it was doing (lol), nothing but weakness and completely losing the plot, and it's shown with these two games since where we've had nothing to give.

What you saw that night was 'frustration aggression theory' not great passion

Poch chose today of all days to get it wrong. Dropping Rose, bringing on Carrol/Onomah over Chadli, then bringing on Chadli for Walker, which for me was the biggest mistake. We were just getting back into the game and as soon as the shape changed we completely lost it.

Not the way to finish the season. Coaches and players should be utterly ashamed of how they have gone about the last two games. No excuse for shitting the bed the way they have. And to cap it off, conceding three goals to ten players is shameful and unprofessional, due to mental laziness and indifference. I hope this serves as a lesson to everyone at the club and they address it during the offseason. I cannot fathom how Poch allowed the players to sink into the muck like this. He a fabulous coach, but the last four games have revealed that he has some limitations too. Hope he learns and we all benefit in the future.
