Like like the work Crochet has done, sorry Krösche...I think the third candidate is more likely Krösche especially if he’s not going to BM which you would assume is the case if Neppe is staying.
Great first touch on him to be fair.Who's Midas
Knit 1 - 1 PurlLike like the work Crochet has done, sorry Krösche...
There's a pattern to his hires - just hope we dont get stitched up...
Sorry, I'll get my cardigan....

Then they won’t employ the DOF. They will employ whoever will do as they sayJust thinking aloud but what happens if we hire a DoF first and their preference is for Nagelsmann over Slot? Do Levy and the board give the new DoF that kind of autonomy?
Thanks…That is one of my concerns regarding the whole selection process as potential candidates are surely going to be put off by such an arrangement…Then they won’t employ the DOF. They will employ whoever will do as they say
Thought there was a report from one of the journos that if the DoF decided they wanted JN they’re be allowed to try.Just thinking aloud but what happens if we hire a DoF first and their preference is for Nagelsmann over Slot? Do Levy and the board give the new DoF that kind of autonomy?
I wonder if we were looking at the Bayern guy and he didn't want to work with him but now he is staying at Bayern and there isn't exactly a ton of jobs for Nagelsmann to get the sort of money we would offer he is now looking at us again?Nagelsmann back on if we get the right DOF according to The Times.
On the face of it, Nagelsmann being on board would appear to be a sign that the board are on board with a genuine clear out. Can we trust that we don't end up back in a Conte type situation?I wonder if we were looking at the Bayern guy and he didn't want to work with him but now he is staying at Bayern and there isn't exactly a ton of jobs for Nagelsmann to get the sort of money we would offer he is now looking at us again?
Isn’t that normal if a story like this breaks though?Paddy Power has locked out bets on Nagelsmann
Yeah I think that we should all know by now now not to take anything from what bookies do.Isn’t that normal if a story like this breaks though?
They should but the key is hiring a DofF with a preference to Managers and players who fit our clubs identity and style of play demands otherwise giving them authority backfires like with Paratici who overruled Fonseca in favour of Gattuso and then Nuno…Just thinking aloud but what happens if we hire a DoF first and their preference is for Nagelsmann over Slot? Do Levy and the board give the new DoF that kind of autonomy?
We can only hope that the board is in agreement that Nagelsmann is the the best option and that they are willing to sanction a clearout but my concern (without having any inside information) is that the board is comprised of individuals who are largely ignorant of how a football club should be run and to compound matters, most appear to be a combination of arrogant, stubborn, and incompetent...On the face of it, Nagelsmann being on board would appear to be a sign that the board are on board with a genuine clear out.
