He was terrible as the Netherlands and Turkey manager, part of the reason the dutch job went bad was because of his age, one of the main dutch reporters said that people felt he was too old for handling a young dutch squad

I don't know who our manager should be but it needs to be somebody who can oversee a long term project, from grassroots up everything needs to change and be fed down from top to bottom.

Most importantly, the fans need to be told what the plan is and accept this next change is not going to bring overnight success and that it's a long term plan to sort out our game.
