Safe to assume that all the negative ratings when I was having my paranoia kick in that the Slot negotiations seemed very similar to failed ones in the past get revoked and I go from well known member to massive member? 😬

Article from Simon Stone.
He name drops a few manager's but they sound more like opinion than anything.
However, his comments on Enrique read differently.

"Well placed sources have suggested Tottenham retain an interest in former Spain and Barcelona coach Luis Enrique, who is without a job since standing down after the World Cup."

I really wanted Slot, but now I want Nagelsmann.

Why? I guess I just want a manager who really wants to be here…
We're just speed running 2021 now. Just bypassing the Nuno>Conte situation and going back to our first target we baulked on after 3 weeks rather than 3 months.

There's no way we'll get Nagelsmann if he's got any nous about him.

This is what happened with Conte initially and he walked away. After the Nuno nonsense we went cap in hand to Conte and presumably promised the world. And then what happened?

Why would Nagelsmann believe anything that Levy says?

We're heading into another Nuno appointment and it's quite frankly pathetic.

Just popped SSN on during lunch break and Ramon Vega was being interviewed.

Fair play, he's very passionate about us...don't think he'll be on Daniels Christmas card list 🤣 Quite scathing about Danny and the direction the club has gone in. Had a bizarre rant about 5 taxis refusing to take him and his wife to N17 from west London...even they're negative about the club lol

If I'm reading right fast flipping through the pages, it's only £10 mil and we could get Slot.

Fucking £10 mil, Mr Daniel Levy. What's there to save?

Please get the fuck out of the club.

I was first very much all for Slot back when the search started. As I did more and more digging, I really liked and warmed up to Postecoglou after reading about how he changes teams both culturally and on the pitch as well.

Despite his age, there's many articles out there on his eagerness and willingness to continue to learn, take on new ideas, and evolve throughout his career. He's not a footballing dinosaur who is stuck in his ways.

Both City and Brighton were/are interested in him as well, and those are as close to perfectly run clubs as possible.

I really agree with others that I think the supporters would get behind him and come around to him quickly. At the very least, if he fails on the pitch, I think we'd take a step in the right direction of changing the culture. But if he gets support, a little time, and some early results I could see it being the start to a great appointment.

Until a new manager is signed and sealed and announced on our site none of us have any clue how this is going to turn out because of how Levy operates.

As I said from the start the process is a mess it’s just a spin of a roulette wheel as to if we end up with a Manager that is a good fit or not.

As the old saying goes relating to Levy and how our Managers ‘searches’ now turn out… “the chickens have come home to roost”.
