They've fully backed themselves into a corner with that stupid, reckless PR stunt on Nagelsmann. Unbelievable. There was no need for it and still went all in — all for optics. Dumb pricks.

If you identify him as your prime target, the man to transform the club and team, then the money should never be the main sticking point. How much has Levy himself wasted on pure shite? He continually makes mistakes.
Penny wise and pound foolish…….it’s staggering that this keeps happening.

It was insane to do that but they can fix it by appointing a Nagelsmann friendly DOF and then getting the man himself.

They probably won't because they're incompetent idiots but they could...

Fully understand why he’s not everyone’s favourite but I really wouldn’t mind the appointment that much.
He’s mid. Players used to be willing to walk over hot coals for Poch, with Potter, he’s just got such “Graham from HR” vibes.

No way is this worse than 2021

firstly there are more manager options now.

secondly season has not even ended so we have more time.
I disagree.

The fact there is a bigger pool of managers makes it even more laughable imo.

But the major reason I feel its worse is the fact the same thing happened in 2021.

And we are going through it AGAIN.

Intriguingly, sources on Thursday indicated Tottenham retain a tentative interest in Julian Nagelsmann - a coach the club insisted they weren't pursuing just two weeks ago.
Links to JN are kind of pointless. We know he won’t come without a DoF from his list so until we appoint one it’s just guesswork that we might go back.

That is the thing they could spin it as we were looking for a DoF first. However we all know they wont

Yeah agree that most are laughing at the state of the club mate. But a member called NayimFTHL who I've now just put on the ignore list either disagrees or laughs at each of my posts but that's a them issue.
Yeah, ignore that one mate, he's a ratings troll and loves to hide behind them.
There'll be a reason that most of the people that dish out the negs/sarcastic ratings hardly ever post anything.
