They've nominated an anonymous player as a form of protest vote? Nice!

I'm voting Lennon this season then.

That's a great boost for the players as they try to beat relegation.

I've been amazed at the ridiculous expectation levels of the Norwich fans this season - booing Hughton, throwing season tickets onto the pitch, calling for his head, and now this.

Seriously who the fuck do they think they are? They need to get a sense of perspective, they were in League One only a couple of years ago.

So were Man City. Norwich should be challenging for the title too God dammit!

That's what I was saying to someone at work earlier today, it's ridiculous, they need to expect yoyo-ing between divisions now.

I'm now glad a good guy like Chris Hughton is no longer there.

I know a Norwich fan and she's been complaining about them since last season. I think a lot of them were hoping they'd be like Swansea or Southampton, and quickly establish themselves as a Prem team.

In fairness, he probably has been their best player this season...

Just to let you know Sherwood was on SSN yesterday and he said Eriksen and Lennon were both playing great and undroppable. :woot:

I try to watch a fair bit of Norwich as I have been to a few games in my time, and seriously Hughton has done a bad job this season. Whilst battling relegation is their level at this point there just seemed to be absolutely no ambition to improve or innovate, its as if they had accepted their lot and just going through the motions. Same tactics etc week in, week out. Poorly thought out transfers. Just pretty boring football and just keep plodding on unchanged, whether they win, lose or draw, with no ambition.

They needed a genuine goal scorer, it's not like they played bad football or were getting out played every game.

Didn't they try to address that though? Their summer signings looked very good on paper.

On paper it did

I'm not sure who else they could have bought who would have been better siginings though. Van Wolfswinkle and Hooper looked like they were going to be excellent buys. I'm sure they'll do well in the championship.
