Nuno Espirito Santo keeping distance from the players, assessing their futures

Spurs head coach Nuno Espirito Santo is sizing the squad up and has largely kept his distance from the players as he assesses which of them will feature in his plans.
Only a few players can definitely say they are in his and Fabio Paratici’s plans, with some players’ sense of whether they are going to stay at Tottenham changing week by week depending slightly on which players and how many the club are trying to bring in.

I feel sorry for Nuno in as much as he's not really had a chance to prepare his squad. But due to the negativity around the club for the last 2 years, patience was always going to be thin and he can't afford to play the boring anti football he has.
