Why the even later kick off for the West Ham game ffs.

Probably means I won’t be able to go as I will more than likely miss my last train home out of London. They 15 or 30 minutes makes all the difference. Bloody annoying but at least others will be able to go when I list my tickets. They don’t give a shit about the match day fan.

It was easy enough to get extra tickets last season. Just shows the fickle nature of fans I suppose.

There is actually a few 'premium' seats available together but pricey...

It is amazing how even they sell out. Makes me wonder if there’s a third party ticketing site buying them all up and selling them to tourists.

I am a Hotspur+ member and haven't been able to get tickets for any games this season, either on the day they go on sale or via Ticket Exchange
There are quite a few tickets for West Ham on the exchange right now. Admittedly it can be hard to find more than 1 ticket together but I’ve got tickets for every game I want to go to so far this season.

I sold my ticket to the Villa game on the exchange but now it turns out I can go.

Is it possible for season ticket holders to buy a ticket through the exchange after they've sold their existing ticket?

When I click on buy tickets it says I don't have sufficient membership permissions.

I think you'll have to email the ticket office at [email protected]

Yeah pretty much sold out, there's the odd expensive ticket available (cheapest £95) but none remotely close to each other. Chances of getting 3 near each other on the exchange closer to the date would be slim I'd say

I managed to get 3 tickets with memberships via the exchange so im happy :)

I also a member now...

Does anyone know if you can resell tickets purchased through the ticket exchange?

Doesn’t look like you can 🫤

Does anyone know if you can remove your ticket from the exchange once listed?

I'm not sure I can go on Monday, so wondered if I could list it, but if it hasn't sold by say Monday afternoon, could I take it off and then go to the game?

you cant buy tickets on the exchange as a ST holder and you cant buy a + Membership so you can buy them - its ridiculous

cant you share them with someone else with a CRN then ?
It doesn't give me the option to reassign tickets unfortunately.

A bit pissed off to be honest, i've emailed the club and had no reply. If the match gets moved for TV then you should be entitled to a refund, even for tickets bought on the exchange. I'm not even after a refund actually, i just want to be able to relist the tickets on the exchange. So frustrating.

We're £200 down as it stands, and there will be two empty seats for the Villa game. Madness as we'd happily let others go.

I'm exactly in the same position. Not sure how they can justify not giving you the possibility to resell them after the game has been rescheduled to another day. Its ridiculous. Will email the club also. Let me know if you get any answer plz mate

Well I did get a reply. But its a shit one :

Thank you for your reply.

The schedule for all matches during the season is subject to change. Whenever the television schedule for future fixtures is released by the Premier League, we promptly update this information on our website - we are not provided with the date this is going to happen in advance. For this reason we state that all games remain subject to change.

You can also find this in our terms and conditions here in section 1.41. It clearly states "The dates and kick-off times of all Matches are subject to revision and change due to broadcast coverage or other circumstances. For up-to-date information, please visit the Website."

Our refund policy therefore remains and we would not be able to consider any cancellation or refund request for your Ticket Exchange booking. We're sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by this.
This is really a lose/lose situation for the fans and for the club, and they dont seem to care. Weird.

Thanks for the update, I've still not had a reply from the club, kind of expected the copy and paste answer that you received. I'm going to try and call the ticket office today (which is impossible in itself), will let you know if I get any luck.

It's definitely something that needs to be brought up at the next fan forum.

It's no wonder that a lot of people resell their tickets on forums and facebook and just send a screenshot of the QR code.
