Is it just me or, when you click on 'My Spurs Account' on the OS, is there no way of actually getting to your account page.

The only thing that comes up for me are the 5 boxes to download wallpapers, fixture calendars, gift vouchers etc. I can't actually get to the 'my account' page to update details, check on my loyalty points or look at recent activity etc.

Incredibly frustrating.

its basically rubbish. I wanted to find out where I am in the season ticket waiting list. searched for about 20 minutes. could I find it?

Yeah, it's poorly laid out. You have to get to it from the ticketing sub menu

How can an organisation the size of Spurs, with a website that was designed by their (then) principal sponsor, just make such a crap job of things!?!

As Lufti basically said, you have to click "tickets"-->"buy tickets" and then select "my account", which should prompt you for your login details and you're there.

I imagine the ST waiting list numbers are being updated. For info, I was about 2000 on the list last year and now have one. 7 years of waiting have finally paid off!

I was about 24 000 ... i doubt i am on for this year!

Cheers mate, I know the feeling. I didn't get offered it until quite late (less than a month ago) so I'm guessing something like 1000 people packed it in last year and probably about 1000 of those in front of me turned it down so being at 7000 is probably not as far down as you think it is.

Where did you get? And was it where you wanted or you took what you were offered?

Block C (East Upper). I'd have preferred Park lane but that was the only stand not on offer. I chose East Upper next to centre as first choice and East Upper restricted view as second choice. I was hoping I'd be in the corner next to the park lane end but instead I'm closer to the Paxton (you couldn't choose your preferred block). Oh well, no singing for me this season!

Thanks to both! I can't remember it being such a pain in the ass before. It must be something they have changed.
