Yeah exactly this. Every big club wants him and we can’t get a huge talent like that when he’s so widely known.

He's under 21 so for the PL he wouldn't be counted as a foreign player. So it's not really an concern here. Although theoretically next season if we were to be in Europe he would though

They are signing him ready for the 2024/25 season. Their president has already confirmed this.

No he isn't, unless you're aware of something that nobody else is.

But if he's good enough that we want to play him in Europe in the 24/25 season then we will likely have moved other senior foreign players on.

I think, from very limited knowledge and viewing. Scott plays deeper, this guy plus a little higher where Devine would play. (He could potentially play of a wing)
