Tottenham Hotspur believe that they are leading the race to sign Oscar Gloukh, and the Sunday Mirror (10/7; page 74) reporting that Spurs have now made contact about a move for the youngster.

I actually had no idea who he was until i watched the Euro 19 final and he was the one player in the Israel team who stood out. He just seemed a level above the majority of the players on the pitch with some nice passing and skill.
