After watching match choice tonight I've realised that I've no clue who our new coaches are, apart from Freund. Does anyone have info on their experience/history and roles within the club?

It was all discussed when we hired AVB (and, latterly, Freund)...look for the thread.

Head Coach: André Villas-Boas (born 1977) contract untill summer 2015
Assistant Head Coach: Steffen Freund (1970)
First Team Coach: Luis Martins (1963)
First Team Fitness Coach: Jose Mario Rocha (1962)
Head of Opposition Scouting: Daniel Sousa (1985)
Goal Keeping Coach: Tony Parks (1963)

Who knows what roles Tim Sherwood (1969), Les Ferdinand (1966) and Chris Ramsey (1962) has these days,
but they seem more youth oriented than first team. I assume Ferdinand would still work with the strikers though.

AVB had both Rocha and Sousa with him at Chelsea and Porto. Sousa has the same role at similiar age that AVB used to have under Mourinho, possibly his padawan and a future manager/head coach.

AVB has never worked with Martins before. He comes from a money gig in Saudi Arabia, with the national and olympic team there. Used to coach the Sporting Lisbon academy - involved in the development of Ronaldo, Nani, Moutinho and a long list of other quality players.

Rocha is the most experienced of the coaches, and he's apparently not only about fitness even if that's his main role. Been with AVB all the way, even as assistant to AVB when he lead the Porto youth team under Bobby Robson. Joined team AVB after a stint with Inter Milan, but most well known from Porto where he's held several roles at most age groups.

The fact that both Rocha and Martins has mainly youth and academy background migth indicate where we want to go as a club. Levy has been very focused on getting our academy up to produce regulary first team players.

Parks should need no introduction as the Spurs UEFA cup legend he is, surviving member from the Redknapp regime

Sousa is, well the guy in his 20s.
Rocha is the one with curly hair.
Martins, the other guy :)
