The thing they do to it everyday are amazing...as well as the heat lamp things that you have on, they then cover the entire thing with a net curtain type thing! i have no idea what it does but it must work!

Its one of the reasons some of our players play better at home. Passing 10 yards at Wolves was a joke. Blackpool wasn't that great either.

Clubs with bad pitches should definately be fined and they deteriorate the game. I honestly think Modric and co would beat teams like Blackpool/Wolves if they had a decent playing surface, we would just pass them off the park. I guess they play to their strengths.

As much as i kinda agree with the sentiment if our players can't score from 5 yards out it wouldn't matter if it was a crown bowls green they were playing on the result would be the same, also credit where it's due Wolves deserved a point from that game the pitch played no part in things IMHO.

Teams that play rugby on theres however i do get the arse ache over and it shouldn't be allowed.

There shouldn't be any excuse for any top flight team not to have a perfect pitch these days.

I agree and I truly mean that when Blackpool (and others) cant come up with a better pitch they should not be allowed into the pl.
