To top it all off, Foy giving Parker a yellow means if he gets booked next match, he misses Chelsea? I guess we will have to play Sandro for Sunderland.

Well it was a blatent yellow. He probably needs a rest, as he was off his game today (and had looked a little off his best in the two previous too)

THere's no way Parker was going to last until the end of February without picking up 5 yellows. It's just a question of when he gets the 5th. If he can manage to get through the next few games without one then maybe he can pick up a Terryesque one in the last few minutes against West Brom so that he misses the Cheltenham match but he'll have to do well to go that far without another one. Of all Foy's decisions today, can't really complain about Scott's yellow!

I wasnt questioning the decision I was simply pointing out to add to the crap we put up with, Parker picks up a yellow. I think itd be very risky to play him against Sunderland risking him missing the Chelsea match.

Rest Parker vs Sundlund, play him against Chelsea. Simples.
It was obvious tonight he's crying for week off.
Sandro will do the job in a home game against Sunderland and away at Norwich (as Scottie will pick up a yellow vs Chelsea, that's for sure).

Yeah I reckon that would be the best thing to do.

I think Parker was targeted by Stoke today, they gave him a hard time of it.

I say rest him for Sunderland too. The script says he'll play a blinder and score his first goal for us against the club that never really gave him a chance.

To be honest, I think Parker will always be the sort of player that looks like he could do with a rest. I'm sure he'd say to Harry he wants to play against Sunderland but I think Sandro should get a game, after all he was one of the better players towards the end of last season.

I just hope we dominate Sunderland, we need a good win going into the Chelsea game.
