Parking around white hart lane

Hi guys,

Im going to the Fulham game on boxing day, and as its my first time going to London to see Spurs play at home, i was just wondering if there was any suitable parking areas nearby the stadium.

Im driving from Cheltenham to get the the game, and the AA route planner suggests its going to take me around 2 hours 30 mins to get there. Im just a bit worried about the parking issue.

Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

Cheers
COYS!

Because it's Boixng Day the parking control zone around the outskirt streets of WHL might not be in place, will have to check that though. Other than that you could always park in one of the back streets in Edmonton, then its about a 10 minute walk.

My mates uncle runs a car park off Tariff Road out of his industrial estate on match days.

He'll charge you for it, either a fiver or a tenner, not sure which as I don't drive there myself.

As a general rule the later you arrive the further away you will have to park.
Garman Road if you are early enough.

Try North Mid hospital car park, about a 10 min walk to the ground. It's pay and display now and usually costs about a fiver, dunno if there is a charge on Boxing Day. Take change just in case as otherwise you have to park by calling a speech recognition service which is a joke.

there's a school in Trulock Road (off Northumberland Road) which uses the playground as a car park. £8.50 right behind the east stand.

if im going north circ i park in ikea or tesco's now(after getting the car lifted:cry:) but if im going home though walthamstow i either park in the car park next to the police station on the tottenham hale ( will be free on boxing day) or in the retail park. All of them between 10 and 20 mins walk. i've always found the longer you walk the quicker your get away ( within reason of course)

it's a matchday parking restriction zone and WILL DEFINITELY BE IN PLACE on Boxing Day. You can't park within a mile of the ground, the restricted zone is shown on the official website. Anywhere just outside that is good but about 15+ mins walk. Other than that there are several industrial estates/ warehouses etc that will chage you around a tenner

I usually park the far side of Bruce castle Park. You have to go a few blocks away though, but it's good for getting away after the game.

I come in on the M40, which I imagine will be your route. I then head round the M25 to the Potters Bar junction and go to Enfield Town train station. Free parking behind a parade of shops with a Pizza Hut delivery gaff in Southbury Road adjacent to the station, and an 8 minute £2.80 train ride to White Hart Lane station a couple of minutes from the ground. Be careful to get an Enfield train NOT a Cheshunt one on the way back, and leave plenty of time - trains are once every half hour www.thetrainline.com for times. When you go back to WHL station remember to go to the far side under the bridge avoiding the long London bound queue. I usually get away ahead of the traffic that has parked nearer to the ground. Jobs a good 'un, apart from the Man U game when there were train delays both ways.

Just out of interest how many people on here would use public transport for the new stadium? Think the plans will only go through if they are pretty much 'car free'.

Same here, with a few beers in the Elmhurst Hotel, although lately it's either empty or packed full of away supporters!!
