What, on a match day? Nothing free, car parks in schools and yards etc for a fiver, but you are better off parking near a station that links to White Hart Lane station, like Enfield or Southbury or somewhere like that. Depends where your coming from. No street parking around the Lane on match days anymore.

There is a CPZ within a 1 mile radius of the ground (full map on the OS) so if you want to park for free you've got a minimum 15 minute walk. Car parks charge £5 - £10 depending on proximity to the ground. If you park within the CPZ there is a very high chance of being clamped or towed

Good luck. Best bet i reckon is to park up at Ikea Edmonton and walk from there, if you know where you're going (or have google maps on your phone) then you can make it in 20mins.
