I’d presume he could play in a 4-2-3-1 then in the three behind Kane as I said?

Or on the right of the three. I would imagine he’s flexible enough to move about.
Yea if needed he could play RAM but he’s very much a 10/cf so the more central we can get him the more goals he’d score.
I think plan would be the diamond not 4-2-3-1 in which case he’d work very nicely as would all of the 4 being linked.

DYBALA LATEST
We understand Tottenham are working to find an agreement on salary and commissions with Paulo Dybala’s representatives.
Spurs must also solve the difficult operation of reaching an agreement for the player’s image rights company (Image Star).
A fee of £64.5m (€70m) was agreed yesterday for the 25-year-old to move to north London.

From sky just now. Not much news then

At least it's still alive...

Seems everything is very tight lipped on this one. Little ITK or info in the media on any progress. Quieter the better, IMO.

I know there’s probably a 80% chance that we will hear the move has broken down at some point with the whole we ran out of time / too complicated, but whilst there’s a slither or a chance, I’m going to dream.

Just needs patience, there’s various sources reporting various figures etc but the one thing all of the news has in common is this isn’t as simple as just agreeing things with Dybala. There’s obviously various parts for this jigsaw to come together, more so than most more straight forward transfers.

On the plus side, despite the criticism he gets (and I’ve chipped in there at times) there’s no one other than Levy I’d like to have working on this sort of deal.

Not sure there is anybody out there that are that good on dealmaking right now.
There's a disparity between prices offered and bids actually made.

Oh no. The dreaded image rights. Isn't that the hurdle Utd fell down on?

As much as I want Dybala, with BF likely being all done as per ITK, I feel Dybala isn't the best option for us now.
Dybala is the player we want, but not the player we need.
Feel him and BF are too similar. A better balance would be to get Celso.
