Well that sucks.

Still it was fun following this. Cant blame the club really if he has loads of third party shit.

Don't get annoyed - we all knew it was a long shot. As long as we get GLC and Sessegnon completed it's all good.

Why fuck did the stupid dickhead sell his image rights to some wankers in Malta. SO FUCKING FRUSTRATING!

Not uncommon in South America. It's an insurance policy for young players.

They're given a sum of money up front "in case they don't make it big big" which would set them up. The payoff for the buyers of the rights is you end up cashing out in size if the kid comes good...

Still has legs Juve want to sell. Spurs have been the closest so far Dybala supposedly wants to join. I don't think any ITK in the country can tell is not happening until it actually doesn't happen unless they are Dybala, Dybalas agent and Levy. This one could go from off to on in as quick as a phone call.

Im clutching at straws aren't I?

In:
N’dombele - replacing Dembele (18 months late)
Lo Celso - replacing Eriksen (if he doesn’t sign new contract)
Sessegnon - future replacement of Rose (contract expires next summer)

Out:
Trippier - no replacement

Still in limbo with contracts expiring within 12 months:
Toby
Eriksen
Rose
Vertonghen (only One giving signals he might stay and extend contract).

I have a hard time seeing this as a positive window where we come out clearly strengthened.

Dybala/Coutinho in: we would all have been running around screaming in joy. It would’ve shown intent, that we truly are ready to take that next step up to be a truly “Big Club”. It would’ve given the manager, coaches, staff, players and not at least the fans a renewed belief we can push for greater things. Now: I don’t know... it’s just going to be more of the same? Our golden generation of players over the last 4-5 years are getting older and there are no signs that we are going to push for that extra yard. Except for the CL final (and it’s a big exemption!), all stats and indicators are pointing down.

Please! Someone! Help me find the positives!!

I can’t believe I fall for the same trick. Every. Single. Friggin’. Window.
I would hate to spend anytime with you and your negativity.
