Crouch was excellent when he came on. He did very well in the air and linked up the play well. Could definetly have played himself into a start against the Mancs.

I'd really like to see him play all the game against Foster.
That lad looks dodgy against crosses and there is some confusion in the Manu defence at present. It could even be time to give Bentley a go but that would mean putting Lennon on the left and he has owned Evra recently.

Thought he was brilliant. the best performance i remember from a Spurs player in respect of aerial power- and that was just in the first ten minutes he was on!

He missed a lot of chances though, Bent would have been slated if he missed those chances.

I disagree. I think he turned a lot of half-decent crosses into good chances and was unlucky - i.e stooping header against the bar (ball was at an awkward eight for him and slightly behind him), and first header that was saved by Joe Hart at his near post (think he started the move and then did well to get on the end of the cross by throwing himself at it).

You can't criticise him for the one cleared off the line and the other one he scored from a tight angle.

If you ask me he did blinding. No ifs, no buts, just blinding. Long may it continue.

How can PC be criticised?!

Thought he was quality when he came on yesterday and took goal well.

It's about time we had a striker who scored a headed goal and will likely score more like that - something we have missed on a consistent basis for the past few seasons.
