Would love sherwood to take over a Newcastle mainly just to see the fans reaction to another Londoner in charge of their club

Evidently they are saying that Steve Bruce is amongst the favorites to take the NUFC job if Pards goes to Palace.....

So....Pards to Palace, Bruce to NUFC and dare i say....Sherwood to Hull?

The utter panic in Tim's eyes when he realises he has no £200k a week forward in the reserves to bail him out might end up being the highlight of the season.

In what sense?

i love that he doesn't gaf what anyone else thinks, he doesn't care about reputations and egos, he has his own ideas and if the players don't fit that then he has no qualms about using the kids. i think managers have a duty to bring through youngsters but given the short term need for results most managers don't have the bottle, tim does. i think he says so many right things when it comes to football and i think he's great value for the league, he always tells it how it is. i probably couldn't put up with him at spurs but i can admire him from afar, he is a loose cannon and towards the end of last season i think he was beginning to lose the plot but i think he deserves a chance somewhere. i hope he gets the west brom job and i hope he does great.

Pardew to Palace. Gonna say Tim or Pulis for both Newcastle and WBA. Hope Tim gets WBA so they'll be relegated. Cant stand them.

I said it during the summer that i think Tim dodged a bullet not getting the WBA job and i really think he would be better off letting this one go to someone else this time.....

WBA have little talent, no academy (the only academy player they have had in the past 8 years is Berahino) and a board that does not spend money......going to make it tough to do much with WBA....he should wait until a better situation rolls around, even if he does well with WBA this stretch to the end of the season they will sack him (just like Clarke and Irvine) for not performing miracles with nothing.....

Never really heard of a manager leaving a big club for a smaller one and there being compensation involved.

Ashley must think Santa got caught in traffic. Pardew was on a long termer and it would've been expensive to sack him, now he's getting paid to release him! Amazing!

yeah i think you're right, depends just how much he wants a job i guess. the other thing is that he wouldn't be in control of transfers, which we know is something he wouldn't stand for.

Shit situation for any candidate to walk into there, especially after they lose Bera.

Sooooooooooo IF Tim gets WBA or Newcastle, hopefully gets a good budget so he can "raid" us for Ade, Lennon and Kaboul.

Whaddya say, WBA: Ade + 3 mill for Berahino, Lennon for 6m and Kaboul for 4m?
