Chelsea got mudryk and we are going for danjuma. FFS. Talk about one club having a plan to get young, extremely talented players and another that has no plan and is opportunistic.

Are we just jumping to conclusions and assuming this is instead of Zaniolo, or has anyone actually confirmed it?

Seems fucking daft as to turn our noses up at a decent attacking alternative when our best attacking option from the bench last night after Richarlison was Sessegnon...

decent player, but behind stevie for the national team who wasn't deemed good enough for us
If Danjuma will have similar numbers to Stevie at Spurs this loan will be very good and surely we will sign him permanently too.

I know everyone is going to say it's from experience, but why are we all assuming this means Zaniolo is off?

Who plays RW when Kulu is injured then? And who provides that creativity? Can Danjuma play AM or CM? It only makes sense if Lucas and Gil are leaving. You might think Danjuma is a better player but is he even remotely similar to Zaniolo? No. It's like saying Skriniar is an upgrade on Porro.
We just have to hope that Zaniolo is still happening and that Gil is getting a loan to get some first team football for half a season. Im doubtful tho but lets hope its the case.

None of that is the point but ok
The point seems to be a hypothetical scenario that hasn’t happened yet and may not happen that people are losing their shit over ? We don’t know how this effects other business yet, if it doesn’t effect it at all then fucking great because a front 3 of Danjuma/Son Richarlison/Kane Zaniolo/Kulusevski gives us a really good chance of challenging in all 3 of the PL, CL and FA Cup. That’s how teams generally win things, you challenge on all fronts rather than put all your eggs in one basket like we did under Poch for years

So Chelsea can spend a hundred million on Mudryk based on one good season in the CL and that's great business. But loaning Danjuma, who's also had one good season in the CL, is opportunistic.

Lucas will be now released- and Gil maybe loaned. I’m not sure it’s a bad signing- adding more goals to the squad.
We have had one attacking player at most in the bench every game for like 4 months we need depth. Depends how Conte feels I guess. It’s a loan though so releases any funds needed elsewhere you’d hope

I watched him a couple of times last season. He looked a good player. His record was decent, seems to have fallen off this season.
