He was one of the brightest young defensive prospects in Europe . I was very happy when we signed him ...what happened . Wish him well
I think he worked well in the original back 3 system alongside Toby and Jan which played to his strengths and masked his weaknesses. Then when all that was ripped up made too many mistakes and the confidence never recovered.

I think he was a victim of the clubs complete lack of vision and succession planning, he was bought for a coach where he suited the style of play then found new coaches coming in who played completely differently. There is no way he would have been signed under Mourinho, Nuno or Conte as it's just not his game.

Not his fault, and he doesn't deserve half the abuse he has got. Sure, he has his faults but he's been playing for managers with systems that expose his faults and flaws.

It's on the club IMO, nothing wrong with a change in tactics and approach - but they should have identified and moved on those not suited much quicker. Too often we seem to take the square peg in a round hole approach and wonder why it fails.

Genuinely hope he gets a good move and best of luck to him.

Neither Galatasary or PSV spend big on players going to have to take whatever we can get , its a buyers market for clubs in Europe when taking players not wanted by the wealthier PL clubs.

Strasbourg negotiates with Tottenham for Davinson Sánchez.

There is still no agreement between the parties, especially for the player's salary, which more teams like.

Strasbourg under Chelsea/Boehly might then pave the way for better trading relationship going forwards - potentially for Gallagher.

Whether there's any truth in those reports, does someone in here know a bit more about Victor Nelsson - is he any good?
As a Dane myself, I would say that he is not up to the required standard. Personally, I do not hope there is any truth in this (except getting Sanchez off the books).

When you look at the places publishing it, none of them are main stream and almost all are click bait journalists.

If you believe all the piss poor internet sources we've bought Nelson multiple times this summer. I suspect he really wants to leave Turkey.

That's £10.4m, I'd say its about right.

I'd question anyone willing to go to a Russian team, though.
