OR, we can realize that all great players were once good, and there is something know as development.Wow, absolutely, excellent post. The difference between Joey/Ange and almost everyone else here is that he's aiming for the stars and sees a possible gap opening up in the next year or two. 'We don't need good players we need great ones' is exactly the point.
Others are just making angry responses because their favourite player is not being praised.
I would urge people to join Ange and Joey look up to the stars rather than a continuation of our top 4 maybe yes maybe no mentality. We really do have everything now except killer attackers.
It is also important to know that it takes time to build something that is both successful and lasting. Always wanting the shiny new thing is rarely the way to get there. That will turn a team into current Chelsea. Funnily, the importance of time is something Ange is repeatedly stressing.
Maybe we should join his way of actually thinking, instead of pretending that ambition equals wanting to replace a young player who is yet to reach his full potential.
Joey55 made a great post, presenting his opinion (although a disagree with a lot of it).
Then you made a mockery of his point by boiling all the opposing views down to "angry responses because their favourite player is not being praised," and turning it into something much more divisive. THAT made me angry.
