Gotta laugh at the rival fans calling us a retirement home after signing Perisic. Only for us to go and sign the fullback who had the second most goal involvements behind him in Serie A last season whos 14 years his junior. In the same window. Proper squad building.

I dunno who was commentating/co-comms on my stream against Southampton but he kept banging on like all of signings were old players, it was getting on my left tit!
Then he kept banging on about the signings that have come in are going to take the place of whoever was immediately their position in our starting XI that day which promptly got right up my goat right nostril!
WTF is it with pundits/commentary/fans that cannot grasp the concept of "strong squad" It used to drive Poch bonkers when journo's questioned a change in team personnel; yes no doubt there'll be a core "first XI" same as most top clubs in multiple competitions but only teams without depth and without massive fixture lists are going to name unchanged XI's most weeks, such is the modern game.

Honestly if throwing my shoe through the screen could've hit those wallies I would've done it! Cockwombles!

I love how many Nigerian families name their kids using English nouns and adjectives like Destiny, Success, Comfort, Blessing, Innocent, Patience & Prosper.

I think you could be correct, whoever was with him wasn't spellbinding either!
Stuart Huchinson I think (or something similar), both were so bad and anti Spurs! Fucktards both of them. Anyway, derailing the thread, back to window boy.

He looks like he has everything to be a huge success. I have to be honest I’d rather we sign young players like this that have world class potential for 20m than spend the same on a player that’s more ready now that can just “do a job”. We won’t progress much doing that (not that we are doing that btw, just an example), I’d far rather we were taking calculated risks on players like this where the sky is the limit. If he reaches his potential 20m will be an absolute bargain

To be fair, many of the early colonial America baby names were virtue names from the English Puritan types who settled here first. Examples include Charity, Prudence, Constance, Chastity, Silence, Temperance, Truth, Fidelity, Amity, etc

Is is correct that he could play for England if he lived here for five years?

No idea but he's Italian, on the verge of being picked in the Italy squad, and has publicly said he wants to play for Italy so
