In the 9 minute WOF video he is only given a 5/10 for crossing. Sounds about right if we’re interested in him at WB! ? Anyway let’s make a date with…

I’m still in.

Have I missed something. Why the talk of Perisic moving to RWB if we sign this player.

Surely if Bergwijn leaves, as is being suggested, that would open up a spot for another Left sided player.

Perisic, Sess, Udogie and Son. Is that not enough to work with down the Left hand side.

Think there's a bit of flexibility there, and that's without adding Reggie to the mix.

This is how out of touch I am with current players - I initially thought this was a console & computing game thread

That’s one hell of a name. When I was a kid, I’d sign players on championship manager on their name alone. Luis Quinnonez, Tommy Svindal Larsen, Tonton Zola Moukoukou.

On that basis alone, I say sign him.
Mate, I swear that’s what the Tottenham scouting department based the 19990’s on when we signed Qu Bo and Timmy Atouba (toothpaste).

Never heard of him beforehand and I'm not necessarily one for songs but surely we are busting out a bit of Lionel Richie here....

"You are my Destiny. You are my one Udogie"

For this reason alone, I am all for signing him!

This is prob one for if we sell Regi who has struggled to make the conversion to LWB from FB, no?

I think Conte likes to think of the 2 left sided positions fluidly with players who can mostly cover LWB and LWF (I know our wide forwards tuck in more as #10s but go with me):

Son
Perisic
Udogie
Sess

2 experienced, 2 development

I know nothing of Udogie but others seem to suggest he is more suited to LWB and perhaps more talented than Regi? One imagines we could do this switch with little additional outlay so seems good to me.

also couldn’t happen but notice that in that video Spence was listed as a similar player.

I was just going to post this! This was the first dance at my wedding - slowed down the first verse and then ramped it up for a dance floor invasion.

Off. Topic. Stoof.

It's a classic but lesser known Lionel Ritchie track. I remember my mates in shock as I belted it out at Glastonbury when he was there.

Looking at some of these players, I love the profile that we're looking at, being pacey and physical players that almost seem prepared to just bully past players if they have to. You love to see it.

...but it does make me wonder why then I haven't wanted us to sign Adama Traore this whole time

I wouldn't say it was one of his lesser known tracks, ok it's not up there with Hello, All Night Long etc but it's definitely a known, and got to no.7 in UK single chart.
