Surely we should be singing:

You are my Destiny,
You are my one UDOGIE...

To MY DESTINY by Lionel Ritchie

Such a good player that it’s left me a little disappointed this summer that paratici hasn’t identified another similar gem.

You wouldn’t know he was 20, and this was his first season in the PL. The chap is unflappable. All business.

Our best LB since Rose’s prime two seasons. But I get the feeling he will be a lot better.

Fuck me I thought only City or Real can buy such good players. He is so composed.

Porro, Romero, Van de Ven and Udogie are young enough that they could be our defence for years. Very exciting

Great signing, looks like he has all the attributes and still only 20.

There seems to be a quiet confidence and air of calm about how he goes about his business. Physically, clear he can handle himself in this league but also from a technical perspective, doesn't look phased or rushed on the ball and seems quite comfortable with what he is being asked to do for the team.

Keep reminding myself he is only 20 so still developing and no doubt tougher tests await but the way he has taken to a new league for someone so young has just been so impressive. Way he has slotted in makes it feel as though he has been us at ages.

It’s pretty effortless, isn’t it? He always looks like one of the best players on the pitch but it just looks like it comes easy for him. What an exciting talent.

What a player and to think we were questioning whether he could adapt from LWB to LB

All the talk of foreign players needing to adapt to the PL does not seem to bother him at all.
Has taken to the PL like a duck to water, also holding his own physically which is very rare for a 20-year old.
Complete gem, for a bargain price. Well done, Paratici!

Baring injury I think he has the potential to be the best LB in the world at some point. And that’s not hyperbole. He doesn’t have any obvious major weakness and is incredibly strong both in attack and in defence. Most importantly his concentration is exceptional for a young player. Considering his age and the way he’s been developing over the last few seasons he could go to the very very top. I’m honestly already worried about the big teams coming in for him in a season or two.
If teams did come for him they’d have to ask, how much is Udogie in this window?😂

It just seems so effortless for him. It's amazing how easily so far he has adapted
He has so much more to offer from an attacking perspective too. Can’t wait to see him When he is fully settled

Totally agree with this. Bale was the last player I remember looking at like that at this age.

This guy is really special

Just watched the game can't say he stood out to me as much as some are saying in his thread. But to be fair he didn't put a foot wrong.
