Looked like the right pass though. Most attacking passes are intercepted as they are hard to do. Sometimes only takes one

End of the day, Spence is 21. Walker had a quite similar trajectory. It took him a loan spell to grow as a player. Sometimes, player need bigger challenges to take the next step.

When 2 different set of fans have different feedback, it just shows in one, he was not helped to grow but in others conditions are right to progress.

If he is talented enough, then I dont see a issue - Under manager like Conte and senior players at Spurs, he should be fine.

We used to have a lot of success with homegrown players from the lower leagues.

Dawson, Lennon, Rose, Walker, Dele to name a few.
