Hugo Lloris, Tanguy Ndombele, Joe Rodon and Djed Spence, who were all left out of the squad to face Shakhtar, are on the transfer list, while Davinson Sanchez and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg are among those who could leave for the right price.

Well that was a waste of time and money, wasn't it :ROFLMAO:

Got to take a chance on potential HG stars every window at that price. But the question marks around his attitude have probably come home to roost.

Need to make sure these signings are a good character fit as much as ability.

I knew we'd try and sell him this window. It made zero sense to keep him around. A complete waste of time like you say. That £20 million could have been put towards a centre back last summer, now I bet we struggle to get our money back.

Agree totally but it's £12.5m we need to get back, that's the guaranteed payment.

It should hopefully be fairly easy to sell him on. Seemed to be a lot of interest last Jan in taking him permanently but at that point we only wanted to do a loan.

Conte's behavior and public statements last year did the kid no favors. Imagine getting a dream move to a big premier league club and the manager immediately comes out and publicly states it was a club signing and then proceeds to give you no opportunities when the other two players in that position were playing poorly. He had to immediately regret his decision to sign here.

I'm not a Conte fan but I don't think we can blame him here.

Basically need a PL club to take a punt on him now.

With the right coaching his ceiling as absolutely massive so hopefully a bottom half club will gamble on him.

Loan with an option the most likely outcome I reckon, though.

Yeah Davinson Sanchez really feels like he will be kept on

Gonna bump the shit out of my very early posts on his proposed purchase months prior to him being signed, if he is sold. :D
Will @Rob be sending an invoice to the club for the hosting bill, for 300+ pages of useless DS chat?

We could regret letting Spence go whilst the questions remain about Porro at RB. I'd send him out on loan to a PL side with a view to selling him next summer if needs be.

Reading between the lines, I think he's not part of Ange's plans at all and he'd play Porro over him regardless of any question marks about his suitability.

To not even get on the bench of a single pre-season game when he was apparently fit says a lot. Surely something about his application or attitude in training hasn't pleased Ange and he's not considered part of the group going forward. Ange has historically been very black & white when he assesses his squads upon arrival and you're either in or you're out.

Spence is out.
