He has clearly improved in the final 1/3 and has always been sound defensively.

He is still a young player.

Didn't see the game today but im delighted for him sounded like hed a great game. Hes a big game player for us. He was crucial in our quest for top 4 last season, his performance at Anfield in particular was fantastic. Great attitude too.

Going to be interesting to see who gets picked over the next two, currently looking at the two teams I would go Royal Leicester Porro Milan

He loves playing against City. They push us back so hard that his inability to create is completely ignored and his strengths as a defender are brilliantly obvious.

Would like him having a go in Romero absence and Porro to his right. His a very good defender.
This is what I came here to say. I don’t want to get ahead of myself knowing that we signed Porro for a reason, however, I also want to acknowledge he is solid defensively. I am starting to move into a camp where I almost think we should consider him at RCB, shift Romero to CB and potentially bench Dier. He is the weak link right now at the back.

Also to add his lung capacity is head and shoulders above the rest of our team

Still early days, but I think he could potentially be in the same mould as Lamela, Sissoko, Moura etc.

Players who didn't turn out to be quite what we needed or expected, but useful in their own rights and united by the fact that they love Spurs.

Royal, there is beauty in his ugliness. I will back any player who gives 100%. Royal has earned respect, regardless of having moments .

He proper rattled grealish which was quite funny as although grealish is a cocky little prick he very rarely is the one that’s getting wound up!

How good was his performance? So good that he doesn’t even have to do his own highlight reel. Enjoy!

That headed clearance first half was fanbloodytastic. More or less a tap in for Grealish.

Loved the slide tackle on Grealish as well when he looked back at him. Fucking Grealish the little cretin.

He was brilliant today, and I'd normally be happy replacing him with a wheelie bin. However, let's not think this is suddenly a good enough full back. Long way to go.

He really was fantastic today, wasn’t he?

If this was a highlight reel on YouTube we’d be praying for Levy to splash £50m on this guy.

After fuming Porro wasn't starting, I'd be starting Emerson against Leicester.

Porro has to earn it.

We all know that Emerson is starting at the San Siro so wouldn’t mind doing a couple of changes in the Leicester game (including Porro for Emerson).
