Considering Kane was still available the day he got sold I’m not going to read too much into it. Gil isn’t there ether so could be loan related thing.

Surprised he didn't get a run out v Brentford tbh. I guess if Sarr had missed out I'd be saying exactly the same. At the moment Skipp needs to up his game if he wants to hang onto the shirt because Sarr and GLC are breathing right down his neck. I guess Skipp is the most conservative pick out of the 3 though and Brentford away is no pushover.

I am sure there will be injuries and such a long the way, but if Maddison and Biss are fit I don’t think you want them leaving the field. Hopefully Lo Celso is ok with a bench role and periodic start.

Watched Gallagher yesterday he is pure huff and puff and no quality.

Gallagher was playing in a much deeper role yesterday. But still held himself well.

My issue with GLC isn't his quality, it's his passion and energy. Gallagher shows plenty of that and imo, has a higher ceiling than GLC. Gallagher also possess a lot of quality too.

But I guess a couple goals in pre season has completely changed fans opinion of GLC. Fickle.

He’s yet to play GLC & Maddison together so the main reason is different roles. Gallagher (won’t be moving from Chelsea) or an alternative is replacing PEH, not Gio in the squad.
