Having watched most of the premiership matches over the weekend, its clear that he is, or will become, one of the best in the league. There was some pretty crap goalkeeping on display on Saturday and Sunday.

Yeah that's to be expected with a new player after all.... same way people would praise a new player and label them world class when I truth they not close..... I haven't read back but I doubt people wrote him off.

I was doubtful....but he's growing on me with each passing game...by his 3rd PL game my initial fears had disappeared.
No it was literally when we were first linked, stuff like "4th choice, same old spurs, we are a joke" etc etc

I get you..... until we were linked and the transfer went through speedily...I'd never heard of him..... my initial thoughts were we've gone for the cheaper option.

Anyway he's turned out to be an inspired signing thus far... him Maddison, Van Der Vin, Destiny Udogie and not forgetting Porro too.

When you look at it you really have to take your hat off to Para who has bought in Destiny and Vicario for under £35m, daylight robbery on current showings!

I'll admit I was concerned when this guy came in, thought missing out on a Prem proven keeper like Raya was a mistake.

I'm very happy I am not in charge of our transfers. What a guy - he sums up this new new Spurs in so many ways

Signing like Vicario and Udogie etc - if we truly can cement our scouting and player appraisal to something approaching Brighton levels in the long-term then our resources are more than enough to really give this winning stuff thing a proper go. No need for a sugar daddy.

I enjoy how he’s always sprinting. He’s got the air of a man who’s eaten 40 pro plus before running out.

Solid start. Tougher times to come and we’ll see his mettle tested, but he’s been very good so far…

I couldn't understand the doubt given our previous serie a signings have been at a 100% hit rate

Romero, deki, lolo, udogie, perisic

It's a market we need to keep raiding whilst the rest of the PL sleep on it
