Not 100% about that. Romero recently said Lo Celso was looking forward to having a good season with spurs and contributing to our success.

His problem is that he always seems to pick up little niggles. It must be as frustrating for him as it is us, any player just wants to play football. But I wouldn't reduce this to 'he wants out of spurs'.

We've now got a team of really likeable players and great characters.
They vibe off each other and support each other, from Big Vic forwards and it's all backed by a properly loveable manager.

I agree with this, he really impressed me in pre-season so it's a real shame he hasn't been able to get going yet.

However if the murmurings are true that he is already unhappy with his minutes then he should be sold to Spain as soon as.

What is Steve Nicol's problem with Maddison

In the summer he was adamant that he was not a great signing ''as he doesn't do enough off the ball and he goes missing in lots of games'' the usual disparaging comments - now i've seen quotes just before the NLD where he says Maddison hasn't played in games like this and will struggle with the intensity as he is too slow.

I know Nicol NEVER says anything remotely positive about Spurs but his anti Maddison stance is very odd.

* quick google search indicates he wanted Liverpool to sign him a couple of years ago.

he really gets under my skin though this guy. I know he is thick and ignorant and seemingly detests everything about our club but i'm just intrigued by how someone can be so monumentally wrong on Maddison.
