TalkSport say a lot of things. They're bound to be correct at least twice a year.

6-8 weeks is bad but much better than what it could have been I guess. At least we have Wimmer

Perhaps we should be using the cryogenic chamber treatment for players injuries. I believe this was how Leicester players came back so quickly last year.

Perhaps we should be using the cryogenic chamber treatment for players injuries. I believe this was how Leicester players came back so quickly last year.

I used to work at a Hyperbaric chamber, they had a few athletes come in for courses of treatments, but with sports injuries (despite what the promotional material says) the benefits are questionable, and have never been properly established. In fact two athletes who competed in the London Olympics, who underwent this very same treatment, both pulled up in their respective events, from the injury they were trying to treat. When you talk to them on the quiet (ie. when my boss wasn't about) they acknowledge it's a long shot, but in their line of work it's mostly a case of anything that doesn't make it worse could offer a slightly faster recovery, but that's about as far as you can solidly say in that regard.

We also have Davies who is playing very well for Wales as a left sided CB who could cover for verts but I imagine wimmer is the next in line
