Was absolutely sensational last night.

He's always looked good on the ball but he seemed much stronger, commanding and dominating than the last time I saw him play. He's clearly developing well despite his lack of games.

I just hope Poch gives him more minutes now, because if you play like that then you need that reward. West Ham are a very physical team and I'd have no worries giving him EPL minutes based on that display.

Just needs to get stronger. All the hard things to learn (positioning, tackling, passing, moving with the ball etc) he seems to already have.

Foyth is class. Reminds me a lot of Chiriches.

I don't care what anyone says, Vlad was good in his first season (the only time he was a regular).

Thankfully Foyth isn't as gung-ho as him though.

Probably the word best to describe him is "promising". Maybe two words, "very promising". Had a solid performance and was reminiscent of Toby in some ways. He was sniffing out where the play was going well before it got there. Great composure too. On the negative side was exactly what many already referenced, upper body strength. His quickness is a bit concerning but it didn't seem to matter yesterday. Not sure how well he would fare against a fast, strong forward with decent skills at this time but he needs playing time and i think he may have earned some more with yesterday's performance.

Find it ridicoulous the way people bang on about him needing to bulk up. As his nippy, agile, ceberal style of defending maybe lost if he unnecessarily bulks up.

You don't lose any of that if you bulk up.

Foyth called up to National Team again - he must have done something right last month when he was called in...

Yes you potentially do, that was Ronaldo's and Bales problem. They lost pace, agility and became more injury prone by unnecesarily bulking up.
Ronaldo averaged about 50 games a season at Madrid so I wouldn’t be putting him down as injury prone

Bale improved his pace and agility after bulking up (his peak with us), so did many others (Hulk, Lebron James etc). Working on your muscles and body helps prevent injuries. Ronaldo has a remarkable career without major injuries and some others in other sports like Lebron for example. Nobody is saying he should just get fat like Suarez but he has to bulk up and if anything he will improve his pace and agility.

See when Bale was with us he carried the natural bulk that his body could handle. At madrid he over did the wieght lifting and became an immobile, injury prone shadow of the player he was. Ronaldo went through the same progression and they have since both slimmed back down to a natural toned figuire, to great effect. I'm not suggesting that Foyth cant get into better shape and naturally he should peak at 25 as all people do anyways. I just don't think bulking up will allow for him to reach his full potential and very well could be an hindrance.

Absolute quality last night. Needs to gain experience and with it a little more nouse as there were times he was nudged/shoved off the ball but this will come with time (and bench presses). Timing and position was excellent. Super impressed!
