This is just insane. 17 years old*

*he is in fact, now 18. But this occurred while he was 17.

*** please key in on the striker at like 4:07 in the video latching on to the through ball. Another potential gem there. Pace for days

His first touch at 20 seconds in is incredible. Like the ability is whatever, but that he knew to go that way with the defender coming on to him. Yikes. I'm getting to hyped...

One of things I read about was that his first touch is nearly always 'into space' (not in a Sissoko way either). That's a great ability to have and something that players like Modric and Maddison use to great effect. It adds a great deal to the speed and fluidity of our play.

Probably the best young player I’ve seen since Pele

All those goals and assists in those clips. Breathtaking

Wouldn't surprise me if we gave the example of Udogie in terms of the money offered vs Barca.

He was in the first team for 4 months before getting a new long term deal on higher wages. This gives both an incentive to the player and the chance for us to tie him to a longer contract in the future.

Imagining publicly humiliating FC Barcelona before your 18th birthday.

“there are certain things the club can’t offer” .....Money perhaps???
'The possibility to be registered to play due to our own ineptitude and mismanagement...but no, definitely the money' ;)

What people will realise in the coming months is that Barcelona are in such a financial hole that they are going to have to have a massive clear out. It will be of epic proportions.

The Barca Studios SPAC has basically collapsed which puts them a further €100m in a hole. Their salary cap for next year is going to be under €200m and they are currently at over €400m.

They have no more economic levers to pull and they will have to get rid of all of their high earning stars. Which, in many cases won't be as easy as some might think due to their salary levels and nobody in Europe has any cash.
Thanks BathYid. Would be interested to read more about this.

Also, with our strong FFP/PSR position, maybe we swoop in and relief Barca of some of their financial woes by kindly taking their best players off their hands.

Hearing on the grapevine that Harry is looking for a way to wriggle out of his deal at munich just so he can play alongside Lucas next season

I'm sure Don Paratici will be circling.
