Tactically he just seems to fit the system like a glove. Because Porro is playing so high and inside, Sarr has to cover for the rb while also getting forward and being a threat in and around the box. He has such a difficult job and he makes it look easy. Skipp doesn't quite have the range (and GLC doesn't have the motor/defensive instincts) to really replicate what Sarr is bringing so far.A genuine two-way player here if he keeps developing. Those don't just grow on trees
Yeah I’ve no interest in signing anymore cm’s I think we’re set there for years and I want to see us roll the dice on what we’ve got.As much as I thought selling PEH and signing Gallagher would be a great move, with how well Sarr has been doing, I don't think I want us to sign another 8 or 10 without giving Donley and Devine a shot to see what they can do first.
I think the fact we were after a #8 rather than a #6 when PEH looked like he was going to leave means that Ange see's Bentancur as more of a #6 than an #8.Yeah I’ve no interest in signing anymore cm’s I think we’re set there for years and I want to see us roll the dice on what we’ve got.
I think we will need another dm but getting rid of skipp will be tricky if we get into Europe again with the need for club trained players
I think Bentancur could play that role very well but I want him and Bissouma in the same team so I would like to have proper backup too.I think the fact we were after a #8 rather than a #6 when PEH looked like he was going to leave means that Ange see's Bentancur as more of a #6 than an #8.
no he spent a season on loan back to MetzWill Sarr count as home grown?
Think he came as an 18 year old so is possible?
