I just freeze it, it’s the perfect mix already. Then there’s something called a pack jet, which spins up your hard frozen ice cream base to the right consistency. Just to bring this thread back on topic, are we thinking an adequate bid comes in for PEH this window and also will we be replacing him? Just my opinion but I would expect he stays to the summer now when the options for him to move may open up. We're not going to do Napoli or anyone else a favour to let him go on the cheap.
