Cash needs to be suspended length of time Bentancur takes to recover.

Such a dirty fucker and that’s the second one of our players he’s intentionally injured, he needs to be investigated (I know I’m going a bit Liverpool there but it really is poor he’s been allowed to get away with putting another of our players out for several months).

The idiot Villa fans are posting nothing wrong with it either, guess they’d feel same way of someone blatantly fouled and injured Luiz and they then had to be without him for a period…).

Villa fans have become extremely annoying. One decentish season in years and they suddenly think they're the best thing since sliced bread.

But yeah seeing them say the tackle was fine is mad, watch them lose their shit when one of their players gets done.

Missing the only other two good CMs for Jan, and Sonny, too. Yup. Season is a write off. Maybe we do see a little bit from the odd youngster here and there as a result which might bear fruit in the future, and for Ange's system to fully drilled into everyone, no matter their squad status but eh. Too many holes to fill at once now. It's about the next 2 windows trying to sort out something of a useable squad out for Ange next season.

Absolutely gutted for him. Matt Cash is a piece of dirt, he knew exactly what he was doing. Genuinely unbelievable what has happened to us in the last few weeks, and with busiest period of the season to come our season is in ruins.

We will have to find a way, as they say. Courage, mon frere!

one door closes another one opens. We may see Donley get some time and he may end up as a fantastic prospect. And then he can two foot Cash's ankle into oblivion.

I'd rather someone from one of our rivals did him and got a lengthy ban for it personally.

Finding the Cash thing hard to shake off...I need counselling .

In two matches with Villa, Cash has put 2 Spurs players out of football (Doherty and Bents) for a total of 5 and a half months !
Doherty never recovered. He was in rare excellent form at the time, which he never found again. Given away later and couldn't get a game at his next club.
Christ knows if Bents can come back as good.

What's so chilling about this savagery is its not a macho clash of heavies or a random mistake.

Cash saw Villa being taken to the cleaners, particularly by a majestic Bents performance and decided to play Russian roulette with Bent's career and put him out of football.

Finding it hard to get past such pure evil. Not helped that boss of my current label is Villa man and is
spreading his joy on socials...and yes I had a word.

im curious to know whether he's injured players from other teams or are we the ones that have the enjoyment of his affection?

Absolutely, but there's a problem. Villa can do without this animal no worries..It wouldn't be damaging Villa like the animal damaged ours.
No, what's required in order to even things up is to smash the legs of their best player....Cash needs dealing with another way.

At least Bentancur has shown how good he is after recovery. He will be key in February onwards. Could be similar to his impact when he arrived late January. It would be nice to get a full season out of him though.

I’m really hoping over the next couple of months Ange somehow manages to get a coherent team performing well.

Then our stars will start coming back, one more, week after week, and we’ll be amazed at how good our team actually is and we’ll finish the season on fire.

Functioning team
Next week - add Madders
Next week - add VDV
Next week - add Bissouma and Sarr
Next week - add Son
Next week - add Bentancur

Still enraged by the maiming of Bents, a player we desperately need now. I note that animal Cash came on in the 66th minute vs Arse, identified Trossard as the main danger and attempted to maim him with a horror tackle. Trossard needed treatment, but carried on.

Happily **** Cash then put his studs into the face of his own player causing bleeding.

Bentacur just elevates us massively. He’s a truly world class midfielder with no weaknesses.
When our midfield is finally fit I genuinely think we can completely dominate games.
if bentacur plays 8 and gets the opportunities to arrive late into the box he’ll score a fair few goals

I've noticed that since that nasty tackle on Bentancur Matty Cash has received a lot less game time. Unai Emery took him off at half time and that was deliberate and a smart move on his part. He has used him sparingly since and I don't think it's a coincidence.

Emery is no mug and an intelligent manager and I think he's used his subs very cleverly yesterday when their tank was running low after that energy sapping win at home to Man City, he seemed to bring on Cash only when it was necessary and yet again Cash tried a similar tackle on Trossard as he did with Bentancur where the sole aim looked to be to to take the player out who he saw as a threat never mind the ball, luckily for Woolwich he didn't connect with Trossard in the same way he did with Bentancur if he had done I think Trossard would have been out for a similar period to Bents.

As far as I saw the intent looked exactly the same and as has already said before, he appears to bevin a similar mould to Charlie Adam.

Fingers crossed Bentancur comes back stronger than ever because he's one hell of a player. I've no idea why Juventus were daft enough to let him go, we got him for an absolute steal of a price given the quality he has.

Its funny how "player history" comes into play when booking Romero but it doesn't apply for some genuinely dirty players like Cash.

You could be right.

Would not be surprised if he sold him in the summer.

Emery is a good guy too so probably didn't like that
