He's a work in progress...he's working hard he seems to have lost quite a lot of weight since he's been with us let Mopo get a pre season with him if its not right by January off he goes.

He's clumsy but if he doesn't chance the Brighton player what happens?

He's clearly very talented, but just comes across as clumsy and lacking in composure.
Not disagreeing but what have you seen to make you thinks he's very talented because I must have missed it. Cant cross and can't defend.

Say what you like about developing but I've seen enough of KWP to prefer him ahead of Aurier.

Read the replies to this, poch developed rose into a top class LB.

Rose never did mistakes that cost us the game, Aurier has done plenty of mistakes that has cost us or that could’ve costed us.

I don’t understand, Walker was the best RB in the league, if you replace him it should be with someone who’s ready and not need to be trained to become that good. Poch could’ve trained KWP

I think he'll be good eventually but anyone who currently thinks he's a better option than Trippier is fucking insane. Worse defensively and offensively at the moment.

I agree that the player we replaced Walker needed to be better, just was pointing out that we shouldnt give up hope so soon. I also agree after his Newcastle performance, KWP, should have been given a greater chance but we have to back Aurier to improve like Rose & Walker did under poch.

He should have read the situation and not react to his run. The guy is a fucking liability. Losing count now is it 4 pens and a red?

Translation:

You can't believe there are still spurs supporters supporting him.

Intriguing.
No i mean defending him and his performances which have quite frankly been terrible, he’s an absolute liability defensively, cant pass for shit, has no composure when under pressure, is nothing more than average going forward, he’s not that quick either.

Get rid in the summer, he wont improve.

I am not so sure would have to watch it again but I initially though he done everything right and it was just a really soft pen if we hadn't had just scored with a dubious ball out of play goal up the other end he doesn't give it I guarantee

Got to admit, makes me nervous, accident waiting to happen.

Will give him next season but not confident.

Clearly talented?

What would you say his redeeming features are? Genuinely.

His best game for us all year came at left back to be honest.

Where he seemed to hang fire a little bit.

But he has showed at times he's very good at passing with either foot he makes intelligent runs to drive inside he's physically quite a beast aerially and one on one.

He actually reminds me of Danny Rose.

I have to ‘almost’ retract my support of him. Absolute LIABILITY!!!

Any whispers on whether the Dildo Brothers are interested in getting him in the summer (even if its just to deflect the pressure from the Spammer's fans)?

He let him get a run on him. He just didn't have the awareness/football brain. The actual pen was fairly unlucky. He didnt fould him but ran into him but its the stage before I have an issue with. Plus his crossing is diabolical

Officially moved on to the fence with Aurier.

Both perspectives I feel are now understandable. It's not inconceivable that he could return next season a better player after a year of adaptation and a Poch pre-season. However, he may not and if the club feels there is a better option out there then it might not be the worst decision in the world to cut our losses. What we don't want though is a repeat of Serge's situation next season with another new signing.

I therefore support Poch/the club fully with whatever decision they decide to take with him.

Personally if we manage to tie up fourth place in the next couple of games then i'd give one or two starts to KWP at right back to see if he can cut it. If he does well then that might influence thinking.

Probably have a lot less of a chance to score than they would from the spot.

I know people keep saying we shouldn’t judge a full in his first season with poch but I don’t remember rose or walker being this much of a risk

Rose definitely was.

I remember wincing every time an opposition player went near him
around the box. Constantly rash with tackles.

No one really rated him on here either.

Poch improved him so much. This is why I want to give Aurier a chance. He really reminds me of Rose under AVB.

At the moment, recovery pace would be the height of it. Robust in the tackle perhaps.

But clumsy and on the ball in attacking areas is painful to watch - at the moment I stress.

Poch got a big project on his hands here.
