If it wasn’t for the vast majority of our new DOF signings looking very good and my confidence in us now bringing in good players consistently this guys transfer being such a shit show would be way more depressing and worrying. Onwards and upwards with Paratici and Conte!
Amateur behaviour. Where else would you invest 120m with minimal or flawed due diligence. Hopefully lessons learnt

Love his talent. Cannot for the life of me fathom his lack of application. I struggle to see anyone stumping up the money to buy him. I can see him back here for preseason mooching about until his contract runs down.

Well enough for them to make us a sensible offer in the summer?
Especially as they will have no Europe. Best hope is Italy and tanguy can take a massive pay cut as the Italian tax laws will help.

I think just make it crystal clear to him and his management that he's not wanted and is no longer considered part of the first team squad. He won't play, he won't be on the bench and he won't train with the main squad. If he wants to play football he'll have to accept whatever offer comes along. And so will we. It's just a question of cutting our losses at this point.

I reckon he will prefer to just rot away and not play. Happy to train, etc. His head and heart just don't seem to be in it anymore. I hope he does move and enjoys his football somewhere, for his own sake
