It was a reply to N'Done, so it's not a total pooh-pooh. Was hoping it was imminent though.

My guess is there's still haggling going on about the fee structure.

People are probably getting frustrated and thinking 'just get it done', but negotiating a fee structure that suits us could well be the difference between getting another high price player (e.g.LoCelso) and failing to do so. In Baldy we trust.

the reason it hasn't been done, in he has signed, is because at the moment the lad is on holiday. All sky have done is announce the fee has been agreed. the only thing that stops it now is if he decides to not sign or fails his medical

Looks like the fee is agreed and they are still trying to agree the payment structure going by some french outlets and then jjs tweet would maybe also indicate that so not 100 percent done but pretty close
